All Mega Evolutions and Primals are modeled at Mega Level 4 and effective Pokemon level 52. Available special attacks use their exact 1.3× power multiplier. The teammate Mega aura is not applied to the attacker itself. Weather boosts matching Fast and Charged Attack types by 1.2× and is combined with the other multipliers without rounding.
